Am I sure they aren't experimenting on me? No.
But this predated the VA. My first vasectomy attempt was on base.
My second vasectomy was done at a normal hospital. It was just like being stuck in a permanent state of edging for a while, regardless of any release.

Thank you so much for this award that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I'm so glad that my willingness to flash my tits is recognized and appreciated by all of you.
