I think you guys are thinking of traveling to the far reaches of space as a negative thing … imagine instead travels filled with amazing scenery … distant planets.. other galaxies … so much to see and experience.

That's all fascinating, and I'd love to see it. But not at the expense of being alone for the rest of my life.

there’s a bit of talk in the beginning of how little they get paid … with the owners daughter even saying it should be a “privilege” and they shouldn’t expect better pay.
While I think it’s atrocious they don’t get paid better … after remembering that the NFL only plays one game a week … how many working hours per week are these girls putting in I wonder.
Maybe the show addresses this later on.. I’m only on episode 3

That would change my answer. Provided we're ignoring the idea that, traveling at the speeds I'd need to be traveling at, if I took a nap on the ship I'd wake up 2 hours later and a thousand years would have passed on Earth and everyone I know would be dust and bone.
