My high schooler's final report card finally posted today. He was worried he'd failed chem.
He actually got a B+ on the final exam and finished with a B for the whole class.

Now we're making milkshakes.

Good work deserves milkshakes.

My kid has become much more motivated now that I am paying directly for her school.

Worked a place where we had 10 hour shifts. Three days off was great. My ex was an RN before becoming a professor. At the hospital they did three 12-hour shifts. When she had to only work 8 hours she said it felt like she had absolutely no time at all.

If he'd failed he'd have to retake the class.
He's happy for the B.

I agree with this.... I'd rather do a 10 or 12 and have the extra day.... My favorite shirt on Saturday is 9am - 11pm
