So their ears wilted? Do you need to starch their ears so they stand up?
Of all the different cats, Scottish Folds make me so sad. The gene making their ears also causes them issues like arthritis. It's a dominant gene, so you likely will not find a kitten with folded ears that will not become ill. Meaning you need to become expert in recognising when a cat is in pain, because they try to hide it.
My previous Calico baby had terrible arthritis and eventually I had to do the unthinkable. But she lasted eleven years..
My last kitty passed at 17. For years, we had two cats and the other one was 15 when she died. My doggo is wonderful, but I missed having kitty energies around, so thus my two agents of chaos. My dog mama's them.
