Wow… I just stepped outside for a moment and got a blast furnace to the face. My patio thermometer says 106F outside.
After an irritating day at work, and not having a generally good outlook for the future… there it was. In my face. I had been inside most of the day, a comfortable 73F or so. And outside? Hot. It occurred to me, that I went the last two and a half years without having working heating or cooling in my house. I finally got it all replaced a couple months ago.
Even thought it may not feel like it from day to day, life can get better and better. The shite situation you find yourself in doesn’t have to last forever. You just have to keep moving forward (even if, like in my case, you really don’t want to).
