Salt, pepper, a little worcestershire sauce. Handle the meat as little as possible 80/20 fresh from a butcher if you can. Charcoal grill. Medium rare.

Toppings: Cheese(Any kind, even American. Fight me.), sliced vidalia onion, fresh jalapeno slices, a little ketchup, yellow mustard and mayo. Yes... mayo. Lettuce and tomato optional. Also, sautéed onions and mushrooms with swiss cheese is fucking fantastic.

Onion buns. Or, everything seasoned buns.

So, are you making a cookbook?
Sounds good … I could go without onions and jalapeño but I like the sautéed onions or caramelized onions.

And I wouldn’t judge your cheese choice for American cheese … that melty goodness is delicious

80 / 20 Angus beef (dry aged), ground just before preparing
Cooked over a mix of charcoal with hints of hickory, mesquite, and pecan.
Bacon
Cheese
the controversial part....Mayo
Lettuce
Carmelized Onions
Hot Pepper relish
 
So you won’t say anything about me starting with an impossible patty because I think beyond meat is too salty? Or is that the other way around? Dammit! I can’t remember. I need to go ask my wife.
I actually like both of those … when I go to A&W I get a mozza burger with a beyond patty … or at White Spot they have an avocado impossible burger that is so good.
