Makes a good slaw to go on it as well. Just toss it with the fresh cabbage. Only slaw I like.

I've tried wrapping on the Weber, but not the PBC, and that was only with an extended stall. Used butcher paper.

It is tomato based. Semi sweet and tangy. Secret ingredient makes it.
