Sex & Shenanigans

Lately it feels like my work schedule has been a complete rollercoaster. Either I'm working 13-hour days at a breakneck pace, or I'm doing nothing at all. Today is a nothing at all day. Tomorrow will be different.

But for right now, I'm on the couch and I'm having a brunch of coffee and tater tots. Life is good.

So let’s do a round of … GET TO KNOW A LITSTER..

Let’s begin with… what is something funny / unusual / dangerous … that you’ve done on a dare or for money??
I used to work follow spot for concerts at the Portland Memorial Coliseum, from platforms just above the ceiling. For the princely bet of $20, I hung from my knees from a rafter, about 100 feet from the floor.

This is Cassell Coliseum, home of Virginia Tech’s basketball teams. The arches are about 2 feet wide. I don’t know the height, but a fall from near the roof would certainly be life threatening. On a dare I climbed up one side, ran over the roof, and shimmied down the other.
This was in winter. About 1/4 of the way down, I hit a patch of ice and lost traction, accelerating uncontrollably down while trying desperately to hold on for dear life.
I hit the ground hard, spraining an ankle and took stock of my shredded leather gloves and my heavy leather biker jacket that now had holes worn all the way through at the cuffs and zipper placket.
A few years later a roofing worker fell through the roof and died when he landed 90 feet below on the basketball court. I was lucky I chose a different route.

As someone who worked at the Portland Memorial Coliseum when I was in high school ....

And thank you so much for making me think about that... and realizing how really long ago that was. I feel so old now. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ok all …

Would any of you eat human brains, flesh, etc … any part of the human … for money?

If so, how much money would it take?
Not sure about the amount of money.

But, what if you where one of those passengers on that flight that crashed in the arctic?

Some of these deceased well preserved corps look mighty tasty!

Just a little bit of dark humour! 😜
