I don't want to take the thread off track, but, at least for me, rope does not have to be so tight as to be truly painful in order to leave an impression once removed. It's important to learn some anatomy before tying so as not to cause any injury via nerve compression.

Like you need another excuse for someone to look at you, between your hair and eyes I am pretty sure you get a lot of looks (of course I am looking at the uncovered skin).
