I only buy black oil sunflower seed, and I have suet cakes (sometimes home made). Tends to avoid attracting starlings and doves which will flock over the millet, plus the other birds tend to shovel the millet into the ground looking for the sunflower seeds, and seed on the ground attracts rats.

I actually do this too. I kinda did the intermittent fasting thing and got into the habit of not really eating until lunch. I do however love breakfast foods. Brunch is where it's at.
