She's not that odd. My two puppers (RIP) would eat raspberries right off the bush we had in our backyard. Their styles of berry picking reflected their personalities. The silly old Lab girl would just chomp the whole berry... taking the inner hull and some of the leaves with her. The younger, more cautious and high strung, Dalmatian mix would take the berry and pull it very gently and daintily from the stem, leaving the hull behind. They were both black... maybe it's a black dog thing.
