I believe it... My sister used to work in the ER as a nurse. She has crazy stories.

I think my favorite was the pool balls. In sequence. They made it to the 9-ball.

The most horrifying was the industrial florescent lightbulb. Which shattered...

I have shared dinner with a bunch of nurses, mostly L&D. As the only non-medical person. They did not self-censor. It takes a lot to put me off food, but conversation that starts with "So, the mucus plug..." did so.
