Vertigo in my case was a post-surgical inner ear imbalance that severely affected my sense of balance creating dizziness and nausea. It was not fun. It was treated by a head and neck manipulation so that the tiny hairs and crystals in the ear could realign. I almost threw up on the doctor but after that I was much better.

I'm doing some TRE-trials here. Would be marvellous if it could help with constantly being on overdrive, and too often stressed, too. Gets another spontaneous tremor episode.

Have you guys ever tried it?
*hugs* I've never heard of it. How are you finding it?

Not sure yet. For me it seems to happen in bursts, probably stopped by needing more air, and I haven't down any long series yet, so not sure about the mental effects. It was surprising, though. Getting myself shaking happened surprisingly easily - I can even make it happen standing! 👀 Then again, it IS just a question of just letting it happen.

If I'm lying down, which is probably best, I may end up shaking and tossing very unevenly - but each time is different. You might even think of some epileptic seizure if you saw it and didn't know. I guess some people shake more evenly, but some interview mentioned people may even kick and punch around.

It got mostly fixed by one treatment? That's nice. I had to do exercises at home for some time.

That type of vertigo can be hell, though it's harmless and will go over even on its own, though that can take weeks and weeks if unaided by manipulation...

This was a complication from surgery so thankfully it was a one-off. It was still a rough few weeks.
