I'm doing some TRE-trials here. Would be marvellous if it could help with constantly being on overdrive, and too often stressed, too. Gets another spontaneous tremor episode.

TRE = Tension and Trauma Release Exercise. In practise it's just a way of utilising body's natural shaking mechanism. Even wild animals shake after escaping from a beast.

It's most known for dealing with psychological stuff, whether it's current stress or something much older. Some people also use it to recover better from tough physical exercises.

You should know, though, that with significant mental health background one should try it with the help of professionals instead of alone. Just in case it takes you somewhere deep.

I've been in therapy since I was very young and I'll consult my therapist before trying this. I have had hypnotherapy & I don't want to undo anything without consulting first,
