Right?!? And their donuts aren't even that good! The best donuts I've had in Portland are in a shady little strip mall on the corner of 82nd & Powell. Your car might get broken into, but the donuts are worth it

I never finished Leterkenney either. I liked the first couple seasons, but it started to feel a bit too catchphrase driven. Rather watch Trailer Park Boys most times.

The last time I was beaten with a belt, was for something my older sister did and lied about. Later, she admitted it… they never punished her, or apologized to me. I forgave her then, I never forgave my parents.

I ground through it. I completely get the catchphrase part, but especially in the later seasons they lean into the silliness of that. It hit for me.


Shoresy I think I loved more. Part is the hockey geek in me, but there is a deep seated romantic streak, for family, for old school hockey, and interpersonal. Shoresy is a solid character as well, rather than the running mouth in Letterkenny.
