I used to eat anything between 4-8 with a preference toward 5 until I read green bananas can cause constipation Now it’s 6-8 with a preference toward 6. Anything 9 and up will stay there until it’s around 13ish, then banana bread or freezer

My dad had a shotgun when I was a kid his licence literally said where he could use it and how many bullets he could buy a month, they're not common at all here.

I forget that, and take that freedom for granted. My Dad taught me how to shoot at 7 or 8 years old…. Which was more than a few years ago…

My dad was a professional hunter. We had rifles & shotguns in every closet & corner of our house. I've been reloading shotgun shells since I was a toddler!

My dad’s arsenal is ridiculous. Even more so now that he absorbed some of my late brother’s collection, AND he’s building more. When I moved in with him for a couple years as a teenager, my mom insisted he lock them all up in a separate storage room that was only accessible from the outside of the house, some of them in a giant safe, and ammo locked up separately. Because he had so many registered to his name and address, if the police were ever called to his house, even on a simple noise complaint, they usually rolled at least 4 deep


My current roommates have them hidden all over the apartment too

Because we had rifles/shotguns everywhere growing up, and realizing how dangerous that is now, I'm much more careful. When we designed our house I upgraded our floor joists, and engineered the spread web joist layout, so that we could have a large safe on the 2nd floor. Our guns are in one safe, the amo & magazines are locked up separately in another safe.

Welcome to Finland. Airguns are the only ones that don't need a permit, gun per gun, and we'd think it'd be odd not to include shotguns there. Even some more potent safety sprays need a permit (though their numbers are not counted).
