Sometimes you mess up the food, and have a burnt pile of zucchini and cheese. Messing something up while cooking for others used to really get to me (trauma, am I right? 😅). I think this was the first big oops of cooking for my partner. I broke down, worried she’d be pissed. Growing up in a food insecure household teaches you that burning food is burning money and harms your whole family.
But she turned it into art, gave me the reassurance and comfort I needed, and four years later I’m still ruining dishes occasionally, but my only reaction is from being hangery. 😂

In my head there are only two ways it’s feasible to eat:

1) You have two open faced burgers with two patties and one bun each.

2) You have snake DNA and can unhinge your jaw.
For 5000 calories... I choose answer 1.

Actually I think I ate 2 patties on their own and then had 2 patties in the bun. It also came with a side of onion rings.
