Don’t cross the line by saying something to women here that you wouldn’t walk up to them and say in real life. Just existing at Lit isn’t an open invitation for harassment. Plenty of women want to talk about sex here and e-boning is a thing, but it doesn’t just happen because someone who happens to have a penis hits on us in a thread.

Also, reading your posts in the politics board tells me everything I need to know about you and you’re not someone I would want to get to know. In any way. Ever.

So anybody who holds conservative points of view and opposes liberalism is automatically a worthless jackass who doesn't deserve to even be heard or had a conversation with. You won't talk to anyone in your life who say supports the policies of a Donald Trump or holds a conservative point of view? So I guess most people's parents or grandparents are out of your circle of acquaintances because they tend to have more conservative points of view... And at least half the country... And anyone who doesn't follow MSNBC, CBS NPR, PBS, or CNN. And anyone who holds any traditional values whatsoever in any area of their life.

Wow that reduces your circle of friends and acquaintances to a really small echo chamber. I'm sorry for you.

I actually have friends of all stripes and walks of life from BLM liberals to conservatives to the extreme level to the extreme alt-right types to middle-of-the-road people to people on the hard left. And we have debates and we have disagreements.... But we walk away friends. And my life is all the richer for it. I'm sorry that you can't have as rich of life.

If someone disagreed with me, they were fine with going to the political threads and voicing their disagreement and doing so with whatever coherent argument they may or may not have. But for them to see some of my posts and then assume they know me personally because they think everyone that believes a certain way automatically fits their stereotypes about that person... It's cruel and it's wrong. debates and disagreements about politics or about belief systems and world views be long on those boards. They don't belong over here attacking that person behind that person's back.

I called you out last night for being cringeworthy towards women. It had nothing to do with your politics. I don’t go to the politics board because I don’t understand your political system and politics in the UK is just name calling and petty private school boy humour.

And I would assume that most people (actually most people) have at least two parents. So 336 million people. And again, most people probably have 4 grandparents, so that's another 672 million people. We can extrapolate some of the deaths in there are probably conservatives, but let's just say all 1% of the US population that dies every year is a conservative...we'll give it a big number, 50 million. So we have just about 960 million conservatives in the US. It's a miracle they lost the election.

You spout the same ridiculous fallacies I hear from every Trumper. This coming from someone who used to be very conservative until I came to the realization that US conservativism basically means hating people, especially women, minorities and the poor and putting control above all else. I have many problems with our government and nearly all of them are with the whacko, uneducated, anti-science, anti-women, anti-people, pro-religion zealots that worship the cheeto.
