I had the opposite last night, I was still awake 4-5h after I was supposed to be asleep... Just now I realised I had forgotten to take both melatonin and magnesium, so no wonder! So now I'm coping with 4h of sleep - miraculously I've managed to get myself on track though!I’m supposed be to be asleep… but woke up, and started looking around…

I took ALL of my melatonin, and yet I'm wide awake. I'm about to take a handful more.
