Variations 2.0 - Pepper's Playpen

Whoa! This is rad! I’ve watched so many tutorials on how to do stuff like this (for comedic bits that I ultimately passed on because I was never quite able to wrap my head around the techniques). So cool.
I'm no expert, but what I do to create reflections is basically
Copy the layer
Flip it upside down
Align it
Reduce opacity until it "looks right"
Use a 25% strength eraser to make certain parts of the reflection less opaque until it "looks right"

I'm sure there's some proper way to do it, but that's my little cheat sheet 😊

Maybe it’s because I was cheap and using GIMP instead of photoshop, or just my source images were an issue but I could never get the layers sorted correctly. Before I got bored and moved onto another project. But I’ll certainly circle back someday. Thanks!
