This thread is far from prudish and close minded and neither are the people that post here. I don't see the need for little digs like that.

Just as I wouldn't go post in the sexy men threads, cos I'm not one, I just think it's fair to stick to the thread creators ideal of what they want their thread to be.

There is nothing to stop you creating your own thread, or as I said, posting and commenting on all the threads that invite that.

Some of us post here for the very reason that the comments ARE more considered. Fine, the pic is hot. Tell me why. Tell me its the angle I've chosen. The filter I've used. The lighting. Compliment the creativity of the poster.

That's all. This thread IS fun and a little different. I like to celebrate that.

I do think it is an issue. It is my opinion and it makes me feel cringy to see people being called out for commenting. Drink it or don't. I tried to read through the weeks' worth of postings and got annoyed at all the thirsty accusations. If this thread is that prude and closed-minded, I don't mind leaving it. It was really fun before this started. Now it feels a bit eggshell-ridden. If that is how Salt wants it, that's his right, I reckon.

Then, maybe this isn't the right thread for you. Knowing what the OP wants in his thread and getting annoyed by it simply means you aren’t a good fit. It seems to me that there are more of us who enjoy the way things are than you.

for the public record, I did not send a shitty pm, I took the conversation to pm like an adult to discuss his repose to my post like an adult and he chose to call me out and blame me for being shitty.

It isn't my intent to take over this thread so I'll keep my responses to myself. It's a bad place to be where somebody can't have an opinion and talk about it calmly.
I'll take myself somewhere more friendly.

You PM'd me demanding to know why I signed up and logged on Lit.

I did talk to you calmly when I replied to your post on the thread. You chose to immediately send me a private message which was rude.

I don't wish to discuss this any further with someone so quick to go on the attack. That is why I left the PM conversation.
 
And this is exactly why I am not keen to post pics of myself because of the thirsty comments! This is the only thread I have chosen to post two pics because thirsty comments are picked up on. Sometimes people want to express themselves without some pondweller making you feel like a piece of meat. It’s the same vapid comments that they use for every pic.

We don’t all want the comments of what someone would like to do to us etc. Yes, we all know it’s a sex site but I for one don’t take kindly to some random guy telling me he wants to a,b,c to me. Would they say that to my face? No, I don’t think so. And if that makes me a prude, then I’m perfectly good with that, thank you very much.

I personally don't mind some thirsty comments, as long as they aren't gross. But I also know that's not what this thread is for. Personally, if I have a pic that I feel is pretty sexy and want to be told that it is pretty fucking hot, I just post it in another thread. Easy peasy.
 
My thoughts on today's conversation.

When I first started dabbling with posting pics last year I was terrified each and every time.
I wanted to gain some confidence and change the way I see myself so I kept trying even though many comments made me feel uncomfortable.

When this thread started I was intrigued because it was something different to the rest of am pics. We can join in without posting our bodies and creativity and encouragement are important values.

Yes of course some of the pics posted are stunning and sizzling hot and it's hard to remember to pick our jaws up off the floor but every person here deserves respect and acknowledgement for the work that goes into each photo and I really don't think that's a lot to ask.

As I've said previously, finding where to draw the line is difficult.

I realise and accept this is a sex site. I'm not after stopping people telling someone a pic is sexy. Hell, I don't want to stop people telling people they're sexy.

What I do want to stop on here is people trawling through all the female pics and leaving one or 2 word comments on each one "Beautiful", "Fuck me", "No labia?" etc...

Your same caveman response to every female isn't endearing, and from what I hear, doesn't make them feel special to ve 14th in the line... Weird huh?

I also want people to be able to have one thread on here where they can feel safe from bring told that someone wants to fuck them and how they want to do it just because they got their tits out.

If most of your posts on here are constructive and contribute to the community of the thread, there's no issue with the odd flirtatious post. If 75% of your posts are about the person's body as opposed to the pic then I have an issue with that.

I'm not telling anyone what to do on any other thread. I'm asking that this thread, this one fucking thread, can focus on people's creativity as opposed to the subject of that creativity.

@servant_heart I'm sorry you feel this is a unfriendly thread. I'm not asking you to leave. You posted your opinion, which you are entitled to. Other people responded similarly...

@30bandits fella, it's boring now. I know you'll post what you want how you want because what you want is important, and no one else should be allowed to do anything different to what fits your needs...
If it's that important to you, make your own thread. I did...
