It reminds me of when I was a kid and would color with crayons (all different colors) on a piece of paper. Then go over the entire page with black crayon and use a coin or paper clip and scrap the black color off in a design to reveal the rainbow of colors underneath.
 
I'm just going to put this out there and Salt can delete me if he wants. We know what kind of thread this is, we know what it is for. We all know we are on a sexual website and many of these pictures are going to be sexy. I feel like all the calling out for "thirsty" comments is getting out of hand. If the people posting pictures were just a teeny bit proud of their body and like getting comments on how other people are enjoying it, I don't agree there is anything wrong with it. If you don't want strangers on the internet thirsting over your body, maybe don't post it. Shaming people for commenting is going to create a harsh and unwelcoming environment. It is kinda starting to feel that way. I almost commented on a few pictures that I thought were "hot" and decided not to because I don't feel comfortable being called out for needing hydration (cause I REALLY do!). I do agree if somebody gets over the top, they need to be reminded of the mildness of this site. Now there are so many comments chastising people for being "thirsty". We are ALL fucking thirsty! That's why we are literally here!
I love the thread, I love the themes and I love the challenge of making a sexy picture fit the theme. Jerk off to it if you want. I really don't care.

I disagree with this.

Lit is more of a social site for many rather than a "I need to get off" site all the time.

I log on here even when I'm feeling crap to interact with my friends. Plus, I don't do "thirsty". I tend to like everyone's pictures and say thank you for posting. I know some people don't post much because of various hang ups or they're more shy than other users. You can comment without being over the top.
 
I think you need to be careful assuming you are speaking for everyone else. I know what sort of thread this is, cos the person who created it - @Saltfountain - has said.

It's a thread to show creativity on a theme.

There is no expectation to make the picture sexy. If you choose to, that is your prerogative. But don't speak for me.

If I post a pic. I want to know why people like it.

I would hope we could get past the 'boobs! I'm gonna cum' or 'cock! I'm gonna cream' comments. I want to know WHY you think the pic is good. If you think its sexy, why? If you put a beautiful landscape whatever. Then why?

As Salty and others have said. There are plenty of threads to go post your pics where people will slaver all over you if that's what you want. This one isn't that.

So either accept what the thread creator wants, while he is still here and active with it. Or go post somewhere else. Its not hard and I really don't see why it's an issue.

I am not speaking for everybody, I was however making a general statement. I get that it could be a bit rude to say everybody.
I do think it is an issue. It is my opinion and it makes me feel cringy to see people being called out for commenting. Drink it or don't. I tried to read through the weeks' worth of postings and got annoyed at all the thirsty accusations. If this thread is that prude and closed-minded, I don't mind leaving it. It was really fun before this started. Now it feels a bit eggshell-ridden. If that is how Salt wants it, that's his right, I reckon.
