Yes, I get that you want to say it doesn't count because of the judge's political affiliation, but that is not correct. A court made a ruling. Rulings aren't invalid because of a political background.There are seven appointed Democrats all appointed by Democrat Governors on the Colorado Supreme Court. The decision was a 4 to 3 decision. So even 3 leftists disagreed.
