Colorado Will Not Be Allowed To Deny Trump Access To Their Presidential Ballot

There are seven appointed Democrats all appointed by Democrat Governors on the Colorado Supreme Court. The decision was a 4 to 3 decision. So even 3 leftists disagreed.
Yes, I get that you want to say it doesn't count because of the judge's political affiliation, but that is not correct. A court made a ruling. Rulings aren't invalid because of a political background.

Just out of curiosity, I looked up when the media started using the term "insurrection," a word most copy-readers had probably never even thought of, much less used, prior to Jan 6.

As expected, they started using it immediately.

If we ever get the truth, it will likely turn out that the entire thing was set up by Pelosi, the FBI, and the media, for the sole purpose of pushing Trump off the ballot.

I think even those of you pretending to believe the hoax know that.
So love how this member has discovered this revelation. Now do caliphate and covfefe.
Didyaknow that supercalifragilistic only started trending after the release of Mary Poppins?

From Trump-Hating Bill Barr:

"I think this case is legally wrong and untenable," Barr told CNN anchor Jake Tapper.

"This kind of action of stretching the law, taking these hyper-aggressive positions to try to knock Trump out of the race, are counterproductive. They backfire," he predicted. "He feeds on grievance just like a fire feeds on oxygen. This is going to end up as a grievance that helps him."

"The core problem here is the denial of due process — to deprive somebody of the right to hold public office requires due process," he said. "This was denied due process. It was a five-day hearing. There was no jury; it was before the judge. They were not able to subpoena witnesses and compel the attendance of witnesses. They relied on the Jan. 6 committee hearings, which is mostly hearsay. There was no right to cross-examine during those hearings, and so forth."

so you like when he agrees with you.

In public debate, the arguments and concepts of the intellectual left are abetted by rampant memory loss.

Supreme Court Won’t Hear Case on Trump’s Immunity Defense for Now

Jack Smith, the special counsel prosecuting former President Donald J. Trump, had urged the justices to move with extraordinary speed, bypassing a federal appeals court.

The court is all about procedure, so it goes back to the Appeals Court for adjudication. So it's doubtful the trial will be held before the election. They must have seen through Smith's intent of interfering with Super Tuesday. So, another Trump court victory.

What the communists that control the Democrat Party have to realize is there is a difference between social justice and real justice. That is your problem and it infects your entire party.

Courts make rulings you don't agree with.

That's your issue, not mine, and certainly isn't "my" party's issue. Any ruling you disagree with always ends up falling back on your blaming everything on Democrats.

Here's why the vote in the Colorado Supreme Court went the way it did:

Justices who removed Trump from Colorado ballot attended Ivy League law schools

Story by Kaelan Deese • 2d

The 4-3 majority of liberal Colorado Supreme Court justices who ruled Monday night that former President Donald Trump cannot appear on the 2024 presidential ballot in the state attended Ivy League colleges, while those in dissent attended state law schools.

The four Democratic-appointed justices who ruled to nix Trump from the primary ballot included three Ivy League graduates, showing a stark divide between the legal mindsets of those who were educated at elite institutions compared to the three justices who said they would not remove the Republican front-runner from the state's ballot.

For the first time in history, a state court ruled that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which disqualifies insurrectionists from running for office, has been used to prevent a presidential candidate from appearing on a state ballot. The decision has been stayed until Jan. 4 to give Trump's attorneys time to appeal to the Supreme Court.

That's not why the vote went down the way it did. That's what the MAGA spin makes up to trash ivy league schools

If you wish to know why they voted the way they did, read their opinions.

The suit was filed by subversive Democrats, it was tried by Democrats and ruled on by 4 radical Democrats attempting to subvert the Constitution and interfere with the election. This is what communists do.

We have seen the communist chaos and terror support incubated in the Ivy League schools since Oct.7.

The case was filed by Republicans because they interpreted section 3 a way you disagree with. That's their right. You disagreeing with those Republicans and blaming it on Democrats continues to be your issue, not theirs.

The Colorado Supreme Court agreed with their interpretation......that isn't because they are wrong.....it's because that is an interpretation they made.
