In this country you’re innocent till proven guilty. Insurrection is a federal crime, you can’t wave a leftists magic wand and pronounce guilty without a trial and conviction. The ruling was on Trumps eligibility to stand for office given he attempted to overthrow the 2020 election. The Court ruled Trump was ineligible given - and I repeat myself - he attempted to overthrow the 2020 election. Trump will also attempt it again if he loses.
You know this. Everyone knows this. You just can’t accept it.
Colorado district courts already ruled on that. They don't need to define it any other way and they aren't tasked with charging him.Insurrection is a federal statute. Either charge him or they should shut the fuck up.
Um, hello? In this country you’re innocent till proven guilty. Insurrection is a federal crime, you can’t wave a leftists magic wand and pronounce guilty without a trial and conviction.
You really should exit this thread, dumbass. You can't even comprehend the ruling. In this country you’re innocent till proven guilty. Insurrection is a federal crime, you can’t wave a leftists magic wand and pronounce guilty without a trial and conviction.
That's EXACTLY what the COURT has just done. Pronounced in a TRIAL that he supported insurrection. In this country you’re innocent till proven guilty. Insurrection is a federal crime, you can’t wave a leftists magic wand and pronounce guilty without a trial and conviction.
What trial? If the CO Supreme Court ruling is a de facto ruling then why did other courts in other states shoot the idea down. Why does it need an interpretation and ruling from SCOTUS. Those that were incarcerated for seditious behavior were tried and convicted in a court of law. That's EXACTLY what the COURT has just done. Pronounced in a TRIAL that he supported insurrection.
You are aware that this suit was brought forward by six people, four of which are Republicans, two don't state their affiliation.Yes. It’s ironic that many of the same people who are warning that Trump is a threat to democracy are trying to block a democratic election by keeping him off the ballot.
Shouldn't surprise you. Those Commies out there are capable of any insult to the Constitution.
Insurrection is a federal statute. Either charge him or they should shut the fuck up.
Amen.
Oh look who is having a bad day....there there, maybe go cry to mommy, she'll make it all better. In this country you’re innocent till proven guilty. Insurrection is a federal crime, you can’t wave a leftists magic wand and pronounce guilty without a trial and conviction.
Yes, I’m aware that some Republicans are backing it. Bipartisan hypocrisy. You are aware that this suit was brought forward by six people, four of which are Republicans, two don't state their affiliation.
Now doesn't fact that make you look like a dumb fucking asshole?
Some? There were six who launched the law suit in Colorado. Four are registered Republicans. If this was a poll it would be 67% of Colorado Republicans support removing Trump from the ballot. That's a pretty wide margin, and considering you run around the forum bragging that Trump leads Bidden by 47% to 45% in the polls, and acting like it's a majority of anything..Yes, I’m aware that some Republicans are backing it. Bipartisan hypocrisy.
the beating you've taken in this thread is begging your corner to throw in the towel. it's like drago and apollo.Yes, I’m aware that some Republicans are backing it. Bipartisan hypocrisy.
You seem surprised that Republicans can be hypocrites too. LolSome? There were six who launched the law suit in Colorado. Four are registered Republicans. Go take your beat off polls and posts to the playground. They'd play better there.
Huh? The whole board of RWCJ here are hypocrites, you included. You seem surprised that Republicans can be hypocrites too. Lol
Keep in mind that in every special election and ballot initiative this year, the Dems have overperformed the polls. I'm cautiously optimistic we'll see that again next year.I agree with this. Despite all the polls--where those being polled seem willfully ignorant of what is actually happening in the economy and politically in the nation--screaming Trump is on top, I just don't see the national electorate voting him into office. It would have to be another manipulation of the electoral college. By rights--on the abortion issue alone--the Democrats should take both houses in the next election.
They didn't need to do any of that, and as someone else has already pointed out, it's not their responsibility. Whatever happened to the Republicans' love of states' rights anyway?Yes, they decided all of this without a formal indictment asserting he committed Insurrection, or a trial to permit him to put up a defense against a charge of insurrection, or a jury finding that he committed insurrection, or that he illegally attempted to overturn an election.
It disappears every time a State doesn't rule in their favour.Whatever happened to the Republicans' love of states' rights anyway?

When he was hiding in the bunker he got the military to clear the square so he could hold a book he never read (Two Corinthians!) and hold it upside down. You didn't "see" Trump committing insurrection on TV. You heard TV Talking Sphincters say he did and because you are too lazy to emerge from between their intellectual cheeks to discover any other clue, you believed it.
Yes, it would. But it won't happen as long as Fox News wants that issue handy to whip up the deplorables. It would be nice if Congress would get off its ass and reform immigration!!! (Dems AND Retrumplikans)
Even boomer agree's Republicans are hypocrites.I haven’t met a "republican” in my life who hasn’t been a world class hypocrite and asshat.
*nods*
You seem surprised that Republicans can be hypocrites too. Lol
He apologizes a lot.Even boomer agree's Republicans are hypocrites.
