Sorry but citing an opinion from NYT doesn’t let Hunter off the hook. I said he’ll probably plead guilty to the felony charges, get probation, and carry that conviction on his record for the rest of his life. If you think that law is too harsh, call your Congressional representative.^

The RWCJ originally claimed David Weiss was obstructed (apparently) by the DOJ of BOTH of the two most recent administrations, until the new talking point was sent out by their RWCJ masters claiming David Weiss is part of the obstruction.

The GOP not Hunter Biden will delay any trial as long as possible in order to obtain maximum political benefit from the mud slinging. I would not be surprised if the defendant asked for an expedited hearing which the prosecution will find 'inconvenient.' They will prefer to drag it out.

The RWCJ "members" have multiple conundrums they’re struggling with:
• They oppose the gun law that Hunter Biden is charged with violating, but they want him crucified for violating that law.
• They cry about a "two tier" justice system, but they want Hunter Biden treated more harshly than a random person who committed the same crime.
• They claim they are the party of law and order, but they want to give the biggest criminal (tRump) in the country a free pass. (They also want to give the entire insurrection cabal a free pass).
• They claim they are the party of accepting the legal decisions of the justice system, but they want to convict or impeach their enemies without sufficient evidence of criminal intent or wrongdoing, even / especially when the justice system says there ISN’T sufficient evidence of criminal intent or wrongdoing. And when that same justice system says there IS sufficient evidence of criminal wrongdoing to indict "one of their own", they holler like hit dogs. (And they cry in court…a lot).
It must suck to be "them".
