How rare would it be to run in to one? That has to be a rather unique position I'd think. I'd also think they'd possess/desire anonymity because of the work but who knows after a few drinks, eh? I'd definitely have questions but as I think about it, they are the type of questions that are probably already answered online if I cared enough to research so I guess the work doesn't really interest me that much.

I wasn't referring to the military in general (although I am cautious about large groups of people in uniform with guns.) She did have an illegitimate child with fellow Army miscreant Charles Graner. (That person is about nineteen now.) Also notable that she was 21 at the time, while Irma Grese was 22. To me she is a candidate for the least "dateable" woman in America right now. I'm somehow reminded of that Counting Crows song. "American girls all weather and noise; playing the changes for all of the boys."

The interviewer never asks him about his martial status. He claims to have not been affected adversely by his experiences, but I wonder if he's got an eating disorder that is somehow related. But then, obesity is going up in this country and virtually none of it has to do with working in prisons. As for myself, I'd rather work in a coal mine than be a prison guard. At the least the coal doesn't hate me and it won't shank me in the back.

Oh, ATM is "at the moment," not "automated teller machine." Of course, I knew it had nothing to do with banking, but neither have I ever heard that version.
