I don’t have an alter-ego. Laurel helped me to drop the “Sub” off my user name, but got me to keep the old account to prevent carpetbagging. I used it for a day or so while she / Manu were doing their magic, but today was the first time in months. Just being goofy (you can tell I’m being goofy if there is one of an “a”, “e”, or “j” in the month).

Well, there is speculation that the obelisk, as invented by the ancient Egyptians, was a phallic symbol (Thus, the Washington Monument.) Maybe, who really knows what those Pharaohs were thinking.
I suspect who ever did that knew exactly what they intended. What does that say on the pedestal? In fact, what does it say on the object itself? I can't interpret it.
