if he was a better lawyer, and not utterly beholden to playing it the way trump dictated, he need not have questioned so aggressively which will almost always result in the jury finding more empathy for the victim, no? the fact is he has nothing to work with and is just using the bullying tactics team trump are renown for.

Trump is innocent until proven guilty. Given what I've seen of his character, I don't believe the accusations whatsoever.

Trump declared his guilt in the Access Hollywood tape and exhibited his behavior for all to see both before and after that. He's a skunk. When he does his thing, no one with common sense has to wait for the autopsy to come in to know he's a skunk.
