What’s your most controversial opinion?

Ketchup, Mayo and any other sauces - apart from BBQ, mustard and sweet chilli - are evil.

Author's Hangout is a bunch of whiney, self centered, fucked up in the head assholes.

(Most of them).

Most things will get you shot in Alabama

Being gay, being a democrat, not liking NASCAR...
Nah, not really, most of Alabama is like Tennessee, you'll only be a bit more at risk in more densely populated cities. Political or sexual affiliations are nonissues unless you get in someone's face and proceed to make an ass of yourself about it. As for NASCAR, well Alabama is all about their football...

Who the hell makes (American) biscuits that crunch? That is over baked. Golden brown at most. It needs to be soft, you shouldn't need a knife to cut them a fork should do fine.
And where was the spice in that gravy? It looked like paste lol. No spots of black pepper, the sausage lumps were also white, that was weird.

I need to know if that was a real recipe or something they got from a box and whipped up with water.
I love homemade biscuits and gravy and there is a on of flavor in it.
I can't do sweet tea though, tbh too sweet for me but I get why people love it.

And best when warm and steaming.

Sausage gravy needs ... well ... sausage. Big bits of crumbled sausage.

Do Brits do Breakfast Bowls?

Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (or both), cheddar cheese, diced or shredded potatoes, sometimes tomatoes all in one bowl. Sort of like a jumbled up omelette.

Dudes have recorded a lot of songs/albums about Alabama. This one is probably the most interesting.

No.

Really? Seems like I have had Breakfast Bowls and even burritos at several of those The Breakfast Club restaurants in London.

They might have started serving them - I know American kind of brands are becoming more prevalent over here (like named restaurants etc) but I've never seen anything like what was mentioned above.

I ate at a Denny's in the US and saw the breakfast menu and three quarters of the stuff on there is things that most Brits wouldn't do for breakfast.

Obviously I can't speak for everyone though.

Those are actually most of the ingredients in a full English breakfast: Bacon, sausages, eggs, stewed tomato, mushroom, beans, toast, fried bread/Yorkshire pud, blood sausage, and a cuppa. I tried that when I was in London a few years back. The meat was amazing! (Photo not mine.)
