There is just something magical about being thousands of miles from home that brings out the best in my wife. I guess it's the attitude that I am never going to see these people again. This exactly! My wife is far more uninhibited away from home and wears sexy outfits and really skimpy bikinis that she won't dare at home. Definitely something about being away from work, kids and just the everyday life and responsibilities of running a household, etc.

Besides longer vacations, we make a point a few times a year to book a nice luxury hotel for two or three nights in our nearest nice downtown area and enjoy some fine dining and fun bars all within walking distance, but also for some fantastic sex. It's like a mini vacation not far from home.
