I don't think I have ever used that position. I certainly have been on my hands and knees taking a hard cock but usually the man has knelt behind me not tried to stand. I can see where it would apply more upward pressure on his cock. In my 60's, I am probably not going to find men wanting to try this. Tough on old knees.
