Peter Navarro Indicted On Phony J6 Referral

By the way, the only referrals are for individuals refusing to comply with a sham congressional committee subpoena, contempt of a kangaroo congress, what a joke!
Yes, they have sent referrals on criminal offenses to the DOJ.

I get that you're fucking stupid because of your partisanship bias, but really? No one can be that fucking stupid.

The committee is required by House Rules to be constituted of a specific number of members. It isn't. Under the House Rules it has NO POWER OR AUTHORITY until it is so constituted.

But hey no "laws" were broken, just the rules of procedure (which are the "laws" the House has to live by) so according to you, it's all good.

If they had no power or authority, then the DOJ would not find a criminal offence regarding the subpoena. Your narrative is bullshit.

Navarro's lawyers aren't going to get anywhere contesting the legality of the committee.
Who said he was? That's just my opinion but's it's a good one. The committee is operating illegally against its own enabling legislation which does not provide for an operating population of 7 people. Reports have mentioned Navarro has filed a civil suit in Federal Court. This information could come into play as that case progresses. It could also come up during his prosecution.

Yes, weird that they "broke the rules" and yet this was not raised by anyone in Congress (outside of whining about Republicans getting rejected)

Btw - the ranking minority member is Cheney.
She will be gone in November as well as the other Republican.

Good luck on your expectations. Irrelevant to the discussion, though

Though mildly entertaining that you are cheering the expulsion of a member who completely supports the party's policies.

The committee isnt there to investigate crimes because Congress doesn't investigate crimes. It's there to expose the bullshit that led up to the attack on the Capitol building, which included several members of Congress. Enjoy the show.
It's authority to operate is bullshit. the enabling legislation was voted on by the whole House. At the very least it should amended to operate with only 7 members by the whole House, not by a pronouncement of the Speaker who was instructed to do otherwise by the law.

She's doesn't though, she's 30 points underwater against her Republican opponent as we speak. The other Rino will be gone due to reapportionment. After November the Republicans will be running this committee and they will take it in an entirely new direction.

She absolutely does. She voted more inline with 45s policy decisions than the majority of her party including Stefanik(by far)

You don't care about policy or country...you care about allegiance to your leader and the same goes for the sham of a party on the right

That's called a quorum. A quorum is all any committee needs to do business -- that's basic parliamentary procedure, it need not be spelled out in the enabling legislatin.

Jan. 2023 is going to be real ugly in DC.
Don't say that as if it were a brag. If it turns out to be true, it will be to the discredit of the GOP and nobody else. Just like the ugliness of the 1994 Republican Revolution was.

The democrats started it with this kangaroo court.

People could've just protested on Jan 6 and then went home, but they didn't. They broke into the Capitol and obstructed Constitutional proceedings in addition to many other illegal activities.

But they didn't. This committee would not have happened if they didn't. Next time, don't attack the Capitol during the transition of power.

Sorry, but the committee is not operating outside of any rules or laws no matter what some opinion writer on pjmedia or Breitbart told you.
Yes it is. The whole thing is a phony attempt to keep Trump from running again, to vilify all who voted for him, and to interfere with the November election. At this point it has no legal legislative basis to operate. Its all for show. In fact they have hired a TV producer to turn the Thursday night hearings into a political soap opera.

That is incorrect in all aspects.
It is legal and completely valid. There is not a single court that will suggest otherwise..not even your 6-3 .SCOTUS

Stop your whining.

And maybe next time, your trunpy party followers won't attack the Capitol.
