Chaos... to be continued

This.

I have no problem going the extra mile for guys. Going the extra mile is not gender specific in my case. People are people, regardless of gender.
Okay, if say you were in the city, and some random guy asked to borrow your phone so he can call in late for a meeting, would you lend him your phone?

I find I'm less helpful in busy cities, if I'm being honest. I'll probably runaway first 🤔

I am just tired enough to not do much. And just not tired enough to not be bored by not doing anything. Annoying phase. I'd like to have energy to do stuff, my mind is already going into 13 different directions, but my body tells me to sit down.
I know exactly what you mean, although my brain won’t go in quite that many directions. But it did force my body to do a few hours of gardening and both body and mind feel better for it. Garden looks better too.

No, I wouldn't lend it for a meeting - who knows how long that would take? There are limits to even my helpfulness! I did lend my phone once to a teenage boy to call to get picked up by his grandma... I was hesitant, but my instincts were right in that case.

I'm also less helpful in busy cities, especially ones I don't know well... I don't know if it's just normal cautiousness that women generally have to exercise, or because of growing up in Boston where we're not known for being helpful or what 😂

For me, its cause the first thing I think of when in the city and some stranger approaches me, is whether or not I can take them on. If I can't, where to run off to o.o

That random guy would be out of luck with me because I don’t have a phone. I used to have one, but people kept calling me on it and it got rather annoying.

I’m not quite that cautious, I think… but I’ve been lucky to have never been mugged or otherwise attacked. I know my attitude would change if that happened 😒
