I have one too, love it. I had the Fitbit priorI got an Apple Watch for my bday.
I keep breaking everything. Broke a couple Fitbit’s. Broke an Apple Watch. So I put myself on time out. Now I have another. We shall see how this works outI have one too, love it. I had the Fitbit prior
Great job!I hit my steps. I drank my water. I ate well.
Monday check in.
LOL I try!@Kimleigh is still kicking my ass.
Step goal is the standard 10,000. I do HIIT classes every single morning, so I start my day with 3,000-5,000 steps depending on the workout. I try to get a 30 minute walk in either at lunch or after work. All depends on the weather... I'm a fairweather walker!@Kimleigh what’s your routine? What’s your step goal?
Yep, still have a fitbit. I almost switched to an Apple Watch... but I'm a simple gal. lolFitbit ladies?
10,000 is my goal too. I used to crush that so easily but now my job has changed and I’m not on my feet as much so I need to put in effort and time to make sure I reach my goal.Great job!
LOL I try!(I didn't know you could tag others until you tagged me here! Cool!!)

Is there a steps/swim tracker that links with apps but isn't a mini phone on my wrist? I had to get rid of my Samsung watch as it didn't help with my anxiety but I miss the exercise tracker.10,000 is my goal too. There are a lot of them. I liked my Fitbit. I like my Apple Watch. I have friends who love their Garmin. I’d do some research to see which features you want most.Is there a steps/swim tracker that links with apps but isn't a mini phone on my wrist? Ok I need to widen my search then. Thanks for the reminder! There are a lot of them. I liked my Fitbit. I like my Apple Watch. I have friends who love their Garmin. I’d do some research to see which features you want most.
i use a garmin. forerunner 235 which is about the lowest cost one you can get (maybe $200) but it works great. tracks everything, provides your heart rate, sleep stats, is good for swimming, biking, running, walking, whatever. ive had mine for maybe 3 years and like it alot. it links to an app on the phone so you can see all your info there but you dont need the phone to use it. it WILL give you text messages if you want, but i never turn that on.There are a lot of them. If I could afford it, I'd get the Oura ring (I don't like wearing things on my wrist):Is there a steps/swim tracker that links with apps but isn't a mini phone on my wrist? I had to get rid of my Samsung watch as it didn't help with my anxiety but I miss the exercise tracker.
Ooh that looks neatIf I could afford it, I'd get the Oura ring (I don't like wearing things on my wrist):
Oura ring activity tracker
Also use a Garmin vivoactive. This was one in went with as has golf course yardage too, plus all the fitness and heart rate and sleep tracker. It has a swim tracker but honestly that the one fitness area I have never tested. Had mine almost 3 years and works great minus battery wears little faster and charge at least everywhere day but it is fast charging. Is there a steps/swim tracker that links with apps but isn't a mini phone on my wrist? That should be aMy swim this morning was much easier and I felt really good about it/me/my day. About 3 hours ago I had the biggest emotional crash I've ever felt, so I guess I'm going to the pool again tomorrow![]()
Agree, it should just be aI hate the heart eyes.

No way. You’re a buff sexy muscle freak - yum yum!Alright, bouldering left me aching and unable to do much with my upper body for a week-ish, but I'm back to the pullups and am still at a max of 6, which feels good.
The daily cycling continues, even in a little bit of drizzle. The downpours forecast haven't materialised, so I've been able to keep it up.
I only started taking any of this seriously about when the pandemic began (specifically when @AveryElle sent me an exercise video to check out, and I tried to keep up with the instructor, oh man that was a rough one!), and it's interesting to look back at what I've tried, and how much fitter and stronger I've got in the meantime. I still look exactly the same, though![]()
Ohhhh anywhere super exciting?? What a great time in your life!I’m walking my ass off taking my daughter on college tours.
Today I will wear the proper shoes.
