I’m sorry you’re low. It’s been a rough couple weeks for me too. Hopefully things will look up for you soon.More cycling, 15-20 min pretty much every lunchtime.
I hit 6 pullups yesterday, which is a new high.
I feel pretty bad today, just very emotionally low, but keeping moving and hitting goals helps.
I drove most of the day to the beach. When I got here I did take a walk but it was only about 30 min. Tomrorow I have a long walk planned.I had a nice lunch run today.
