More cycling, 15-20 min pretty much every lunchtime.
I hit 6 pullups yesterday, which is a new high.
I feel pretty bad today, just very emotionally low, but keeping moving and hitting goals helps.

I had a nice lunch run today.

Had a hard workout this AM. Would love to have slept it off, but alas….

Tomorrow, I have some time off before a big birthday dinner for someone else so I am going to do a peloton ride I think.
