The opening moments of this movie just hit me like a ton of bricks. A thorough whacking from a sledgehammer. Holy fuck that landed hard.

Way too real.

The least they could do would be warn us some in the summary, my god.

I’m not gonna warn you either though. So show the Writer/Director some proper respect and don’t gather any information before you absorb a more thorough understanding of what kids today might be dealing with. Full stop.

Fucking brutal.

And phenomenal execution in all areas of movie-making. Across the board.

Jesus. What a gut punch.

Ouch.

I’ve been tempted to watch this one several times. My only pause was Maddie Ziegler in the cast, but I think I will give it a shot. You’ve got me really intrigued about the beginning!

And who has seen Peacemaker? Not the best in the world but Holy Shit there's a lot of swearing and nudity. No way that will ever make it to reruns on TV.

That one definitely looks watchable, too. I’ve been reluctant to start series in general, preferring the time commitment of a movie.

So it's only me then?

I flipped that on and nearly shit my pants 15 minutes into it. No one thought that was way beyond outstanding, when it comes to immersive?

I then made the post. Took a fuckin walk. And watched the rest of the movie.

Top to bottom. Phenomenal.

I have not witnessed that kind of attention to proper crafting since... well, maybe the recent remake on a Star is Born (I eat that shit for breakfast, I can't get enough. It's so fuckin good I don't even jack off to it. Too good for that. Yum).

If that crew does not carry off every damn Oscar available... I might have to go on a shooting rampage of my own.

... alright, bad taste. One more bottle of wine might be a bad idea.
