I’ve never heard of a crostini! Are you all chefs on here? I think it’s a mix of mozzarella and cheddar - I picked up a packet of grated cheese a couple of days ago

Just a large toasted crouton.

But yes, with those ingredients, I would make a puréed soup, with a cheese crostini.
