I finally met a friend like me. She can't host nor can I but we want to move to the next step.
Not into the car thing and we both think a hotel would be ok but would like to find someplace a little more creative to explore the topics we drifted to after we started talking online, txt and phone.
The DC area is so populated we can't find a place outside or secluded enough to be really comfortable.
I like the hotel for the pure privacy, shower clean towels.... But as she points out that would get expensive as we expect it won't be a on time affair.
Where to play....?

* Go tent-camping in the nearby Shenandoahs.
* Rent an RV for several nights of fun anywhere.
* Back before Model-T's, canoes were love boats.
* Clean two-star motels with hourly rates, maybe?
* Generously offer to house-sit for a vacationing pal.
* Screw outside the Czech Embassy. Who will notice?

If you are into more kinky, look for a room shared option on Craigslist. There are lonely kinksters that like people using a spare room. If you decide to sign up as a room mate in a furnished house, get one with a private bathroom and be upfront about it.

Years ago, after connecting with someone fun, we started by meeting in parks for picnics. Once it progressed to playtime behind closed doors, we resorted to small indi motels. It's the price you pay to play. There are a lot of creative ways to approach this. I don't know the DC area, but one other funny suggestion is to look on trusted house-sitters. If someone has a few cats that need regular care for a couple of weeks, you can share the cat responsibilities with your new lover. Good luck to you!

Prices in DC are astronomically high. Even for the seediest motel you can find. Probably over a hundred dollar(US) a day. And if they sell the time by the hour, over forty dollars an hour.

We would love a field... But timing is of the essence. 45 or more miles away to begin to find places like that. It is very populated here.

Get a couple of refrigerator/large appliance cartons, spray paint them stone-gray or marble. Set them up in parks near other monuments, put two of them close together, cut out a few peep holes to watch for tourists, and maybe some other appropriate cut-outs. Be creative. Youtube the experience on livestream, and get paid for your fun.

Oh and that not getting caught... you always get caught. Someone you know will see you with her or your wife might even be the one that catches you. Or she get suspicious an hires a PI. Or there's a charge on your credit card or debit card that she knows you didn't use to buy her that nice outfit for night games. Etc.

Why can neither of you 'host' a session? Are your homes never vacant? Why not send the spouse & kids to a theme park for the day whilst claiming you must work? That should allow both of you the time and space needed for fun.

If that's not feasible, rent a cargo van for a day (probably much less than a hundred USA bucks), throw in sleeping bags etc, and park someplace quiet. Bring your own water and soap.

Cargo vans? With or without windows are well over a $100 in Texas, I'll bet they are $150 in D.C.

Take the metro to the end of the line. Pretty suburban at there. For example, Greenbelt National Park is 0.5 miles from College Park station, and the park is very empty. Similar to the other end points.
