"Yes, all White people are racist in that all White people have been conditioned in a society where one's racial identity determines life experiences/outcomes and Whiteness is the norm and the default. That includes me!"

This attitude has been debated for a long time, and will continue to be.
FWIW when we call someone "racist" on here, we do so knowing that person has negatively affected their environment with their race-based hatred and stupidity. Not debatable.
