It already had its 15 minutes of fame and served well the interests of big business, the CCP, and authoritarians everywhere.

It's past time for some nuance in placing this relatively minor health concern in perspective. Obesity kills more Americams than any other cause. It's the primary reason for Covid19 deaths as well. Encouraging people to stay home to avoid a virus that dies in a minute and a half of sunshine will probably end up killing far more people than the virus did.
