That's good news for Democrats.

One, more hands out for handouts and

Secondly, it falls hardest of the suburbs
which they would dearly love to eliminate
in order to revitalize the urban tax base...

;) ;)

This will clearly translate to more votes this fall
since the virus is the nefarious doing of President Trump.

You mean like the handouts for farmers and business that Trump and his corporate cronies have approved to the sound of crickets from the right wingnuts.

You clowns are something else.

Free money for the rich to help during the Covid crisis is fine.

Free money for common people during the Covid crisis is outrageous.

FecesFan is right about one thing; he is going to hit the fan when the impacts from the ongoing mortgage crisis fully manifest themselves.

Why do you think Trump is getting nervous and taking executive action to ban evictions???

The real laugher is how he's trying to offset the costs of that executive action. His thinly veiled attack on social security through a payroll tax exemption is really going to be the death of the program.

I'm guessing between Covid and eliminating elderly benefit programs the burden the elderly place on the economy should be greatly reduced in short order.

Then it can be back to the good ol' status quo of the very few living very well and the very many just scraping by.......or not.

I'm surprised and shocked to find that President Obama
did not put an end to those now age-old subsidies
which were aimed at the greater economic good
and welfare of the nation on the world stage...

Allah forbid that we have the means to feed ourselves
and compete in the world in an industrial sense.

Of course, you want to pretend the orange is an apple in this case.

What you see as nervous, others might see as decisive leadership.

I think the person that you need to talk about is Nancy Pelosi
who was not going to let a solution be found if she thought,
for a second, that it might help Trump or Republicans in
the next election. She puts the people last; down even.

But...but..OBAMA!!!'

But...but...Pelosi!!!

But ...but...DEMOCRATS!!!

lmao

The right wing didn't support that....that's why the sound of crickets.

Nope, ^^ this is a lie.

"free" money is always bad, because it's not free.

FecesFan is right about one thing; he is going to hit the fan when the impacts from the ongoing mortgage crisis fully manifest themselves.

When? LOL Bro.....prices are falling out RIGHT NOW.

The purchase of 1.something million dollar and leasing of 8,000/month shit holes in places like CA and NY has come to a halt.

The panic is real and pretty soon the tax burdens are going to become so stifling without buyers a lot of these homes are going to be abandoned.

(D)emocrats are in the midst of Detroiting their cities.

Please riot, loot and vandalize some more for social justice :D

Why do you think Trump is getting nervous and taking executive action to ban evictions???

Because he's more of a Democrat than you'll ever admit.

They aren't the responsibility of "the economy" and thus shouldn't be burdening it in the first place.

Then it can be back to the good ol' status quo of the very few living very well and the very many just scraping by.......or not.

More lies.....the vast majority live very well.

It's the very few who just scrape by.

You might consider researching the concept of cause and effect.

Would that somehow make (D)'s choices of action (Lockdowns for thee, freedom for me) somehow less economically and socially destructive/hostile??

Places that didn't go with the most jackbooted lockdowns possible are not seeing the same kind of economic destruction as the ones the are.

It's really obvious why that might be....

Oh look, Cornholio is back with his patented "pandemic privilege".
"but..but..mah freedumb to infect!"

it follows that bankruptcies will follow lockdowns
how about a one-time tax on everyone with assets money and income beyond that of an unskilled fast food worker
everyone should feel the pain level the playing field pay people not to work if you tell them they cannot work were rich we can afford it we can stay locked down until Biden delivers the vaccine

Oh look....rob is deflecting again.

Probably has something to do with his desire to arbitrarily terminate the economy, starve millions and destroy the USA as it's been known for a virus that after going for a year hasn't even taken 0.08% of the population...and total inability to defend that retarded as fuck plan. :D

What is it with the human compulsion to make everyone else suffer for your stupidity? The BLIND desire for mass punishment of those who aren't total fuck-ups and warned you that you were fucking up....legit punishing them for not being as chewed up as you are, is just so bizzare to me.

How about we just let (D)'s punish the people in blue states, where people very clearly enjoy elitist shitheads treating them like trash.

They voted for it, they need to suffer the consequences of their actions as the other states and nations will suffer theirs.

Going bankrupt because you were dumb doesn't entitle you to your neighbors property. :)

Frankly, this information isn't surprising because many people could not work for more than a year and observed quarantine measures at 2020-2021. The pandemic hit hard on the financial situation of many people, who did not even expect that buying an apartment on a mortgage would not be able to pay it off. After all, no sane person would ruin their credit history like that! My sister was also in such a horrible situation, and my elderly parents took out a reverse mortgage to overcome the problems. A few months ago, my sister found a new job and is paying my parents back.

Actually, it would make more sense for the cities to annex the suburbs to revitalize their tax base.

You've got it backwards. It is the Pubs who will not allow anything to happen that the Dems could call a success -- even if it was their own idea to begin with, they'll obstruct it -- that has been their policy ever since 2009. See here.
