So, other than not wanting you to be you, what is wrong with this picture?
Not only would I not demand such things, I'd advise any young or old lady to think about what is in this relationship for you if you comply.

Cheating has consequences and is hurtful but I think tracking your movements, insisting you cannot masturbate and only wearing sexxxy things when you are with him are quite controlling.

My advice would be talk to your husband and discuss this further and maybe try marriage guidance counselling.

He is hurt and if you both love each other and want to try and make the marriage work then some healing is going to need to happen and it will be a painful process
