Hydro-Québec is a well-known supplier of hydroelectric power. That's why Alcan Aluminium located so many of its aluminium smelting operations there.

True. Most still need electricity to deliver heat. That was my point. Try said without fossil fuel millions and millions would be freezing in the dark.
