███████████ Mueller Investigation Results Thread ███████████

GBers, based on HisDerpy’s posts here, the level of logic and legal acumen he demonstrates, what would you pay him per hour for legal representation?

I’ll go first: $11/hour.

Which is why no lawyer will represent you except the public defender's office or legal aid office.

But look on the bright side, if you ever get arrested and charged with a crime, you'll have lots of company in jail. Prisons are full of people who relied on the public defender's office for legal help in their times of trubbles.

You can't even win an argument here, dipshit.

I had a PD when I was 22, and he kept me out of the pokey thank you very much.

dudly, this is the internet. NO ONE "wins" arguments on the internet.

I would have thought that someone with your mad phone skilz would know that by now.

Perhaps I was mistaken about your intelligence level when I assumed you had at least 3 brain cells?

Wait!!!!!

This is not possible. According to all the usual suspects I'm more wrong than anyone else here.

Except maybe BB.

Badge of honor and all that jazz... :D

dudly, "consistently correct" isn't synonymous with "perfectly correct". Only someone whose purpose is to belittle others and contribute nothing else to the discussion would fail to understand that. Mostly because it's intentional on your part since it doesn't advance your "standing" with the board's troll herd.

A moment of true self realization, finally..

and then.......... awwwww, totally fucks up the moment.

The question wouldn't arise.

More evidence that Mueller withheld exculpatory evidence in the Manafort case and re-framed evidence to hurt Manafort and damage the President. All of which raises new questions about the veracity of the Mueller Report:

Key figure that Mueller report linked to Russia was a State Department intel source
BY JOHN SOLOMON, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 06/06/19 08:45 PM EDT

In a key finding of the Mueller report, Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Kilimnik, who worked for Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, is tied to Russian intelligence.

But hundreds of pages of government documents — which special counsel Robert Mueller possessed since 2018 — describe Kilimnik as a “sensitive” intelligence source for the U.S. State Department who informed on Ukrainian and Russian matters.

Why Mueller’s team omitted that part of the Kilimnik narrative from its report and related court filings is not known. But the revelation of it comes as the accuracy of Mueller’s Russia conclusions face increased scrutiny.

The incomplete portrayal of Kilimnik is so important to Mueller’s overall narrative that it is raised in the opening of his report. “The FBI assesses” Kilimnik “to have ties to Russian intelligence,” Mueller’s team wrote on Page 6, putting a sinister light on every contact Kilimnik had with Manafort, the former Trump campaign chairman.

What it doesn’t state is that Kilimnik was a “sensitive” intelligence source for State going back to at least 2013 while he was still working for Manafort, according to FBI and State Department memos I reviewed.

Love it.. More evidence from an opinion contributor at The Hill.

There's just no way Mueller did that. He's got more character than all you dumbfucks put together.

Here's a REAL opinion.

Congress and Mueller need to step up and protect America from presidents like Trump

Donald Ayer served as a U.S. attorney and as principal deputy solicitor general in the Reagan administration and was deputy attorney general under George H.W. Bush.

Snip:

Donald Ayer
,USA TODAY Opinion

I was appointed a United States attorney by President Ronald Reagan and later a deputy attorney general by President George H.W. Bush. All of us at the Justice Department swore an oath to defend the Constitution, not a president or political party. It is not easy for me to acknowledge that we are witnessing a slow-motion unraveling of the bedrock belief that no one is above the law, not even the president.

This unraveling is aided and abetted by a chief law enforcement officer who first articulated his extreme view of executive power more than 30 years ago: William Barr believes the attorney general is “the president’s lawyer.” He is acting like it today, breaking norms that protect the integrity of the justice system no matter who is in the White House. That is why former special counsel Robert Mueller must resist his own instincts to return to private life, and Congress must insist that the truth be told and that norms threatened today be codified into law.

=====

I believe this exactly and believe that most of the other left leaners do too. There should be nothing hidden, nothing left to chance. This was a thorough, extensive investigation that trump is desperately trying to sweep under the rug, along with help from a even more than hand picked AG.

Release it all, everyone testify that are called and let the truth, the FULL truth be let free.. if trump is found innocent, so be it.. and if obama, hilary or anyone else are found guilty of something, let them have to answer for it.

This whole let it go, and you hate trump is really nothing more than a bunch of hyper partisan bullshit.

The Hill is considered by most observers to be a pretty credible source read by most pols. It centers on politics, aims to be journalistically neutral, falls center-left.

If the piece was less than factual about the actual concern being raisee about who knew what, when, you would be able to dispute those details. 8f right-leaning bias appeared you could point that out.

Googling a random some-guy-has-an-opinion-that-Trump-is-the-AntiChrist quote u related 5o 5he 8ssue 4aised makes you look even less informed than usual.

We all have Google. Your Google-fu is weak.

To vettes point, that Mueller withheld any evidence in any sort of coverup or mistake is absolutely ridiculous. Mueller was and is a highly respected member of the Republican party.

Btw.. I saw your blurb about "stagnant wages".. YOU are the epitome of stagnant wages.

Stick with posting when I'm not here, you get a few minutes of GLORY that way...

This is new.

Now, instead of blustering about how I wouldn't say that to your face, I am supposedly reticent about posting during an interval of time that you happen to be on?

That's even more bizarre than your assertion that your physical presence would render me speechless.

It's been determined you're too much of a pussy. So I've moved on from that.

I actually meant you're less likely to look like a tool, but you went ahead and did so anyways. No surprise there.

Fulfilling life you got there, beachball head... up at 430? 530? and just had to say something, anything..

Sounds like you feel like you won something big here.

Probably time for you to announce that you're much too busy to continue this and that you're going to let me have the last word.

For every Donald Ayer there are 5 or 6 legal scholars that disagree with his opinion. There are many legal opinions out there and if conspiracy was actually found to be true then perhaps an obstruction case could be made. FLYNN WAS A SET UP!!! There are many non-traditional issues, untested legal opinions and FISA court abuses which render this report very suspect and biased. What if the FISA warrants were illegal or misused, what then? I find that just investigating one party becomes an incomplete investigation ( biased ). I would agree with you that if the investigation was total, no one is above the law, then let the chip fall where they may but as it stands now this is all about TDS. If you start name calling you can discuss it with yourself.

Just goes to show the level of Cowpussy's knowledge. John Solomon is a well known investigative journalist and the Executive Vice President of The Hill.
