Trump, under constitutional law [ article II sec III ] was within his constitutional authority to fire Mueller,THE PRESIDENT runs the DOJ and is well within his purview. The special counsel had no legislative role to play, had no association or obligation to congress at all!!! Who cares what Hannity said, maybe he fucked up and walked it back. He's had many constitutional scholars that informed him correctly for the most part. If your foundation is Meka and Joe, you're ill informed. Trump should have fired Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller my opinion. This obstruction of justice case for firing Mueller is political wishful thinking. Just what law did Trump violate for obstruction of justice. I read the report and section II and it hangs its legal hat on opinion and innuendo. They state facts in such a way as to lead you to believe what was done was illegal Lots and lots of legal verbiage that doesn't amount to a hill of beans. If you read into the report carefully you can refute every sentence written in that report based on case law, starting with FISA , inappropriate surveillance [ sec 702 ], a criminal investigation that is so flawed, you could argue the predicate for the investigation didn't legally exist. Then there is the OLC bullshit and Mueller's dereliction of duty But Clinton on the other hand does have issues with obstruction of justice. Spare me the Hillary is without fault bullshit. Anyone with just a tiny bit of objectivity and could just make an attempt to put aside TDS would see right through the political bullshit. Mueller and his chief prosecutor Andrew Weissmann have a history of nefarious prosecutorial behavior. One only need to review Weissmann's activities in the Enron case, his 9-0 reversal at the SCOTUS, and Mueller's excoriation by the Chief FISA Court judge on withholding exculpatory evidence.
