So we all know Lit is like high school. There are all kinds of characters here. Here are my observations, which are very astute.

Feel free to add characters as you like!

The characters:

The Collectors- these are the posters who just wanna fuck everyone and everything. If someone has a high pedigree or seems cool, they'll want that notch on their bedpost. This could be guys or girls.

The Basement Dwellers- They lurk. They may have zero posts, despite being here 15 years. They save every face pic of every girl and categorize them in folders. Then they masturbate to them. Maybe on them. If you are lucky, you'll get a PM with their cum on your printed face. Be kind and say thank you.

The Mean Girls (aka Regina George)- They're cunty little twats who pretend to be kind but are really just bitches. This is pretty much a female stereotype. They're so not fetch.

The Nice Guys (aka white knights)- These chaps comment on every girly photo and tell them how pretty they are. They defend their honour when someone besmirches the name of any female lister. Doesn't matter who. But they get no love. None. They may have a Basement Dweller alt.

The Drama Club- They denounce drama on the regular, but they flock to it like flies to shit. Issues may include someone PMing their guy/gal, someone commenting on their guy/gal's pic, someone quoting their guy/gal, etc. I find that the female Bards tend to air their grievances in public with the most cryptic of postings and passive aggressive styles. The male versions tend to do this via PM. And, rather than attacking the competition, they tell their bitches to get in line and stop posting their tits. Think of it like a Lit pimp backhand.

The Instigators- Usually charming and sophisticated, these people sit back quietly and fan the drama flames of others, often whilst masturbating or sticking their dicks into whatever hole is near their computer. I belong to this group. Think of the kid always yelling "fight" when an argument breaks out.

The Players- Sort of like Collectors, but worse. These people prey upon the hearts of the people here. Think that lovable Des or whatever his tea sipping ass was called. Their form of manipulation goes deep and to the core.

The Jocks- The meatheads who have dick measurements higher than their IQs or number of books read.

The Second Chancers- Usually women, but sometimes men, they likely had shitty high school experiences. Maybe because they were nerds or dorks or had a smelly vagina. But they come here, post some tits and it's like they're the cheerleader in high school again.

Who have I missed?!

What an astute observation, Lord Pmann. Highly accurate.

I can just picture Morgan Freeman in Kiss the Girls: “He’s a collector.”

The posts are the same, DS

ETA: never mind, I had to go up higher

I would call myself a low-hanging-fruiter. If there’s an obvious joke, or a chance to say “I like where this is going,” or someone posting a personal in the PG, I am alll over it

You forgot the goths, the good girls, and the class clowns.

Goths/Emos: They're boring, but they post dark shit. They quote The Cure and talk about how people ignore them or how they have no friends.

Good Girls:

Class Clowns: I would assume that would be someone like IHateClowns. He's kinda class clowny.

Edited for cleanliness.

Which is about my diametric opposite, plip

I wouldn't say you're a jock. I usually think jocks are fucking idiots. Think that cowslinger guy. Claims to have a dick of 8" or something. Dick Size > (IQ + books read)

You're maybe a dad joke kind of guy.

Good girls - only talk about "appropriate" things and make you wonder wtf they are doing on Lit

The fact that I know exactly which categor(ies) I fall into tells me everything I know about why I keep leaving here.
