The only way to get to the bottom of these crimes is through a grand jury or grand juries. This bullshit of using the IG and pretending that people will be brought to justice fails when you consider he has no prosecutorial powers, no subpoena power, and no ability to call and interview former government employees who have left the government. His investigation is highly limited and only a baseline for a true criminal investigation.

I am hopeful that Barr is determined to do exactly the right thing in the right way. The appointment of Durham was the right thing to do. I think this corruption goes much deeper than believed, so I'm not confident it can be completed in 60 days, but I do agree initial indictments have to come within 60 days, or even less. Barr requesting the classification power to go after the intel community is huge and I think has the potential to reveal massive corruption of the FISA.
