Well, Trump has finally and overtly committed treason

Something weird happened; she lost. That's why "they" are in a hysterical panic.

As well "they" should be since she lost to the arguably most unqualified person to ever run for the office. This was literally a slam dunk where the player strikes the back of the rim and the ball sails backwards through the air directly into the opponents basket.

Your Trilateralburgbildergroup should fire its Conspiracy Director. And your aluminum hat could use a fresh sheet of foil.

For my vote, in Presidential elections, qualifications are less important than integrity. We have experienced several eminently qualified disasters in the Oval Office. Political party automatons have no choice but to attack their political party opposite. Thought experiment: imagine Donald Trump is a democrat, you will suddenly love him. President Trump is not part of the DeepState/Bilderberg/Tri-Lateral Commission cabal. That is why he is so virulently opposed by globalists.

You won't find any integrity in President Trump.

If you are honestly suffering from the delusion that Donald Trump changing his party affiliation would make me an enthusiastic admirer of this man, you are in even greater need of a fresh sheet of foil than I thought.

28 July 2016, stood in front of the nation on camera and invited the Russians to hack and publish the e-mails of his opponent. High Treason.
That wasn't treason, it wasn't common knowledge we'd been attacked by Russia and were engaged in a cyberwar with them.

Despite his denunciations Trump knows that now, yet he went to Helsinki and gave Putin a major public relations victory.

Prior knowledge has nothing to do with anything in this. A candidate for president openly invited a foreign power to dig dirt on his opponent and share it. Calling in a foreign power for help in a U.S. election is treasonous. No other presidential candidate has or would openly do this. And it was only the beginning. The treason of Trump (who has been a Russian asset since the late 1980s) started openly committing treason on 28 July 2016.

giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere
I'm not sure how much comfort his statement about the emails gave them during the campaign.
His statements in Helsinki most certainly did.

Which statement from President Trump do you imagine gave "aid and comfort" to Russia? Can you find it your heart to thank Russia for their 20 million souls lost, helping the world defeat Adolph Hitler, as our ally?

Take a step back and examine why the "military industrial complex", also known as ShadowGovernment/DeepState, wants perpetual war.

Yeah, many of his vile acts, such as the Access Hollywood sexual assault bragging, he did as a Democrat. He doesn't get a pass for those.

Again, that doesn't matter one iota. Calling on a foreign power to aid your election in a U.S. presidential bid is treason.

Actually, Trump has reversed course and called the Russians out on their plans to interfere with this year’s elections:

(Actually, I think this tweet is a literal existential threat to the continuity of empirical phenomenon on this planet. It’s like we’re in the climactic chapter of Foucault’s Pendulum where the main character goes temporarily insane and sees magical meaning in everything.)

Oh, Lord. Save us from those who refuse to see the hand in front of their face.

He's learning from Vlad. That whole Double Down on opposite nonsense and flaunt your corruption--like Vlad complaining plaintively about Bill Browder at the Summit--is straight out of Totalitarian Tactics 101.

That’s right. Instead, Jeff Sessions should endict GW Bush, Colin Powell, and Condoleza Rice for violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2388(a) and (b) for getting the US Armed Forces to invade Iraq!

;) ;)

(In case you couldn’t tell I was being fastidious. Er, fascicious. Fascist titty us? Pfft, whatever: flippant. There)

The US was not at war with any nation at that time. The "Authorization for the use of force in Iraq" was NOT a "declaration of war".

Without the US being "at war" with another nation, TREASON cannot exist.

What I find interesting is that no one is even hinting at what happened on CNN after the Putin summit.

CNN's Phillip Mudd's "Shadow Government" comments

To get an idea of what I'm talking about, read these two Fed Statutes:

18 U.S. Code § 2383

18 U.S. Code § 2385

Why is this guy still walking around unindicted?

Yeah... I was amazed to hear this (former?) federal agent calling for the "shadow government" to "take out" our President. Is Phillip Mudd related to the Abraham Lincoln assassination, Dr. Mudd?

Rosenstein is in charge of the DOJ.

Neither the constitution nor the US code defining Treason mention "declaration of war".

Maybe because thinking people know that
When do we see almost a shadow government come out and say, “We cannot side with the government, whether its cabinet or the Senate.”
doesn't even make any sense when you take in to the account the fact that the cabinet and the senate are (part of) the government.
