Hardly. Did you see the body language coming out of the one on one meeting? Trump is clearly under the influence of Russia given his statements at the press conference.

Follow his money and you'll see the ties...be nice if we could see his tax returns. Wouldn't be surprised if Mueller uncovers Russian oligarchs laundering money through Trump real estate. Remember, Trumps son said years ago that the Trumps had lots of money out of Russia.

The real truth is, no President has sanctioned Russia more severely than Donald Trump.
